“Glow up” and “transformation” videos are surging across social media, with people sharing older photos of themselves before revealing how they look today.
With so many clips being posted, it can be difficult to stand out—but one woman managed to do exactly that. A TikTok video has pulled in more than 15 million views after she unveiled a dramatic “new look.”
The clip showed Jaqueline Alarco’s teeth changing from crooked, overlapping teeth that jutted outward to a bright, perfectly aligned smile—an eye-catching makeover that quickly “went viral.”
She included this caption with the video: “Before and after I married a dental surgeon.”
Jaqueline, who is from Brazil, has more than 151,000 followers on TikTok and 15,000 on Instagram. The striking change helped the video spread widely, leaving many viewers stunned.
The clip was viewed by millions and generated more than 10,000 comments as it continued to be shared across the platform.
Some people were left speechless. One commenter wrote, “Incredible!! I’m so happy he was able to help you with that.”
Another person joked, “Oh, that’s a light up!”
According to News.com.au, cosmetic surgeons and other beauty professionals even reposted the video on their own social media accounts to praise the transformation.
But as more and more people watched, others began to question whether the makeover was real, arguing that a change like that seemed “impossible.”
And it turned out their skepticism wasn’t misplaced.
After the “transformation” took off online, Jaqueline later admitted she had staged it as a playful joke—revealing that she created the effect by wearing a set of fake teeth.
